Yunus Goktas is the founder and visionary leader of AYG Property Investment. His career began at Acil Group as a Business Development Manager, where he quickly rose to become Deputy General Manager. During this time, he played a key role in the company’s growth by opening four new locations, including one in Brent South Retail Park, a prominent retail destination in London.

He then served as Procurement Manager at CMT Design & Construction, where he led cost-saving initiatives across 14 construction sites. Later, as Associate Director at KNT Group, he managed a diverse portfolio of companies and achieved remarkable milestones, such as selling 5 million bricks within six months through Terra Building Materials.

Yunus was among the founding team of Getir’s UK operations, leading the company’s rapid expansion to over 130 locations in 16 cities. He later became Head of Getir’s Global Property Department, overseeing a portfolio of more than 900 properties across eight countries.

With deep expertise in real estate, retail, and operational management, Yunus Goktas now drives AYG Property Investment’s mission to deliver high-value property solutions for international investors.
